Bedside Lamp Design Based On Iranian Architecture.
Descriptions:
The design intent of this product is to use the original shape of the Iranian ziggurat, and the designs used on the body of this product are taken from the tile art of the Safavid era in Iran, but the engineering of the product made in such a way that at a time of complete darkness, the design of Bodies visible on the walls of the room, was used on the four sides of the mosque.
The Solution
The design approach centered on translating the timeless beauty of Iranian architecture into a functional and intimate object — a bedside lamp.
Through careful sketching and form exploration, we drew inspiration from arches, geometric patterns, and the soft rhythm of traditional structures. The goal was to create a piece that evokes calm and cultural depth, while fitting naturally into modern living spaces. By blending warm lighting with symbolic form, the lamp offers not just illumination, but a quiet connection to heritage at the end of each day.
